I am gonna be installing Win7 Pro 64-bit in a few days and I didn't realize until just now that ASUS never put any Windows 7 64 specific drivers up on their site for this particular board...
I am gonna need working drivers for my M2N SLI Deluxe board for Windows 7 64-bit.
ROM which is what the mob asks for when loading up with a cd in, says reading M2PLUSSE. ONE point to note is that I am doing all the work on a macbook pro as this is all I have.
I have used the disk utility on mac to burn the CDs.
Anybody who knows how this can be done effectively as ASUS years ago stated that the chipset on n Force 4 SLI should be updated before going up to a higher BIOS version. Should have said it is running on Windows 7 Home Edition and set up for 32 bit.
Hi all, I have read a few threads on here about this problem but can't seem to find an answer.
I tried updating the BIOS on an old computer with an asus m2n mx se plus mobo and it failed so when I came to restarting the computer it wouldn't load and comes up with a bad bios checksum. I have downloaded the latest bios file from asus and tried all sorts.
Please don't hate if I'm giving you stupid questions or similar things.
